Romanian Street Art anunță intervenția artistică realizată de Delia Cîrstea și Kozo

Romanian Street Art unveils multidisciplinary art intervention in Bucharest: a fusion of visual and auditory creativity.

Bucharest’s Exhibition Boulevard takes on a new dimension as part of the Romanian Street Art project. In collaboration with musician Kozo, artist Delia Cîrstea brings forth a large-scale artwork that can be experienced visually and aurally, free of charge, in public spaces at any time of the day.

This work, co-produced by Delia Cîrstea (mural) and Kozo (soundtrack), joins the two interventions by Italian artist Mr Thoms (2022) and Pisica Pătrată & Vlad Caia (2023), in previous Save or Cancel projects, in collaboration with Romexpo partners.

Delia’s painted work will feature a QR code that can be scanned to listen to the soundtrack composed by Kozo.

We invite you to explore the city and discover a new artwork that transforms the urban landscape into a story with fantastical characters and captivating soundscapes.

About DELIA CÎRSTEA

Delia Cîrstea, winner in the open call “Artă în lucru,” is a mural artist and illustrator based in Bucharest. As a creative individual with a developed chromatic sense, Delia creates complex and intriguing works. Her focus is currently on the digital realm, especially illustration. Her chosen subjects are diverse, with a primary focus on creating utopian characters inspired by human flaws. Delia usually captures the state or moment of the character rather than the action itself.

I have been drawing from a very young age, but my motivation for art intensified in the university artistic environment, where I experimented with various techniques, from classical to modern. Later on, my attention shifted to illustration, which I continue to develop.”
