feeder.ro awards – open call for street art and interventions in public space

Starting July 13th you are invited to participate with your best street art and public space interventions in the open call feeder.ro awards

The feeder.ro awards open call is open to any individual or group (team) of individuals. Participants can submit a maximum of 3 (three) proposals in this open call, which aims to select the most relevant artworks in public space, made between 2018 and 2023.

Open Call Calendar:
13 July 2023 – launch of the open call topic;
13 July – 13 August 2023, 23:59 – submissions on the project website;
14 – 18 August 2023 – administrative check, organisation and publication of entries on the dedicated call page for public voting;
18 August – 2 September 2023 – selection: anonymous public online voting on the www.feeder.ro/awards platform for 3 public awards;
3 September 2023 – publication of results: announcement of the 3 awards;
15 September 2023 – publication of a permanent virtual gallery showcasing the winning entries.

The public prizes are selected by an anonymous online public vote on the project platform.

At the same time, the project team has compiled a shortlist of 60 artists active on the local scene, whose work will be evaluated by a jury of 3 esteemed artists, together with 2 representatives of the Save or Cancel organizer. As a result of the judging process, 3 artists will be awarded for their recent work. Publication of the results of the open call and judging will occur on 3 September 2023.

The cultural project is produced by the Save or Cancel team, composed of Cristina Popa and Andrei Racovițan, through feeder.ro and co-financed by AFCN.
